Where does your money go?
Financial accountability is a matter of central importance at Maternity Health. We have established strict accounting and financial reporting procedures to ensure that the funds and products that we send to our field projects are properly used.
Maternity Health ensures the accountability of each maternity scholarship through extensive financial reporting and reviews, including semiannual internal audits by Maternity Health CPAs.
We spend time reading applications and interviewing sponsored moms to be and their families and visiting medical centers and other facilities to ensure that our moms are receiving needed benefits and services.

HOW IS MY MONEY SPENT?
Ninety five cents of every dollar goes directly to covering the costs of OB visits, sonograms, provider prescribed lab tests, prenatal supplements, educational resources, and health expenses directly related to prenatal care, delivery, and postpartum care.
DOESN’ T THE GOVERNMENT HELP?
Sadly, many of the families that we help fall outside of the parameters of state or federal assistance, even though they may fall below the poverty line. There are millions of “moms in the middle” who must struggle with the awful choice between financial ruin and terminating a pregnancy.
HOW CAN I MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
Our goal is ambitious. We want
to reduce the number of abortions in the United States by 670,000
annually, and with your help we can do it. Please donate money to help
our moms and their babies, donate your time to make people aware of this
bold initiative for life, and donate your reputation by advocating for
MaternityHealth.org.
DO YOU PAY FOR ABORTIONS?
No. Paying for abortions is against our charter and against the mission of this organization.
Financially assist women and families who chose to carry a child to term. Our only focus is helping to pay for prenatal, pregnancy, and delivery expenses.
